I was stressed to go back to beauty salon after the pandemic. However, Simona was very nice and made me feel safe. She was wearing a face mask and gloves at all times. I strongly recommend her.

I've been going here for more than a year simone was amazing.. did not like the attitude if liubia shes a new therapist at the maida vale not impressed with her waxing skills they could do with some practice first time I've ever felt like crying during a wax ... but simone was great saved the day ... my wax is immaculate as usual.. I will continue my treatments at velvet wax as I think they are great professional clean and I've never had issues... I still recommend friends and family
