The therapist was really rude, and then said she doesn’t speak English. But to be polite you don’t need to mother tongue, “thank you” and “please” are the basics to learn. The wax itself was painful. She didn’t even ask me to check if I was happy with it or if I wanted any oil after. I had to look for it and apply it myself after she left. It’s not a cheap salon so at least make sure your therapists are professional and have manners.
