I felt very comfortable throughout the whole session. My waxer made sure to check in during the more uncomfortable parts to make sure I was ok. Having Friends playing was a nice distraction!

I have only ever used about 5-6 different waxing salons in London, but Velvet wax has surely become my favourite. No matter the member of staff, it is always such a comfortable and pleasant experience. The staff are very skilled, efficient and make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The salon is always clean, never hot in the summer and always warm in the winter. Despite not living a 15 minutes walk away anymore, for my latest appointment I travelled an hour there, that’s how much I love it.
