Simona was lovely and welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. There was another staff member that greeted me when I arrived and she was also lovely and welcoming. Simona was gentle and made sure the wax was the right temperature before starting. I love coming to get a wax here, the staff are nice, it's close to home and my wax is always done quickly with no problems.
