I went to velvet wax for the first time and it was a great experience! Daniella is quick, efficient, with attention to detail and impressively pain free. She is very professional and friendly 😊 I highly recommend it and I will definitely be returning!

Paid £50 but lash lift results barely noticeable
Was rushed to complete form at the start, pushy and rude attitude, made to feel like an inconvenience. She was clearly stressed about timings but it made for a very poor customer experience. The steps were explained during the treatment itself but it was all very awkward. Would not recommend
