Daniela was super professional, and very good at her job. She was super polite, lovely to speak to, and made sure I was comfortable at all times regarding temperature of the wax and just in general. Probably one of the most pleasant waxing experiences I’ve had in London. And the room was also really lovely, comfortable and most importantly clean! Will definitely return.
