Again, treating a loyal customer horribly. the space is small and dark and you're climbing over me to even be able to wax me and I let all of that slide due to quality of service, but there are accommodations you can't make for others while everyone accommodates the tiny basement space.

Honestly, as a loyal customer for seven years I would assume I would be dealt with more respect than I've been shown the past two days. I had an illness and couldn't show up to my appointment, I called and called in an attempt to apologise, I've sent emails, all ignored and my account blocked from booking the service. seven years of loyalty, never missed and appointment and never been late and this is how i'm treated after a mishap out of my control. nasty woman.
