Difficult to rate... Waxer was thorough and pain was minimal. But! It was such an uncomfortable experience. 35 minutes in complete silence. My usual place was fully booked so tried Velvet Wax. I'm just used to someone being a little more friendly and chatty so it doesn't make the whole situation feel awkward and uncomfortable..I've never felt that way before and I've have Hollywood's for years!! I'll stick to my usual..

The therapists here are excellent. The waxing is always extremely thorough, not too painful at all and quick. One of the best waxing places I've been to.
