Just a really lovely, efficient, and lowkey experience. I tried Velvet Wax because the last time I went to my usual place, the hair started to grow back a few days later-- I know that shaving can leave different hair growth cycles, but this was kinda wacky fast. No such issues with this venue, however. Would recommend. Thank you!

I got to the appointment and they were not ready nor didn’t even know I was coming. So I had to wait 10 minutes so that the wax could get hot. After the waxing, I got home and I saw my skin got burnt from the wax. I’ve been doing the Hollywood wax for 10 years and this never happened to me. Such a pity because I saw very good reviews so I wasn’t expecting this..
