I have on going issues with staff punctuality as well as their lack of preparation.
Staff are otherwise friendly and the environment is clean but not always warm.
Need mirrors in the treatment rooms.

Sara Sara was amazing! She made sure I was relaxed and comfortable and the way she massaged was so effective but relaxing!
Add in the facial and I feel brand new, she made me feel so pampered! Thank you so much x I’ll definitely be back !!
