Untrained professional. Unhappy with the services. Iv technician doesn't know how to maintain sterility of iv procedures. When she put cannula in my arm it was leaking and hurting and when I said it's hurting she kept on saying it's ok, it's alright. Not a good experience

Very clean environment, good staff but could not explain in details about the products and how to use it although they did said how many times a day . But not shown how to apply it And it seems they were more interested in showing me the most costly product and no good alternative shown .
