I was asked to come 15 min later on the day then waited a further 15 -20 mins then was not offered the choice of my facial which I had bought the deal for,after calling in the Manager I got the a facial of my choice ; the facial was rushed and also rough and a some point hurt my skin which I expressed she then slowed down
There is no blankets so I was cold as it had been raining that day and no sofa music to help you feel relaxed.
I have had facial before and they were not like this. I needs improvement in a few areas as I was really looking foward to relax after a long week at work.
