Did not even get to have a wax. I arrived on time, the member of staff was late and as it took her so long to heat up the wax I could not have it as I had to get to university. This was an unbelievably bad service and all problems were blamed on treatwell. Will not go back

I bought a treatment and you sent me the wrong venue! Disgusting waste of time (40 mins out of my way in traffic) for both me and the therapist! Get your jog right!!! Will never use your website again!!

I booked a Brazilian wax appointment and later recieved a message that the therapist that was supposed to be treating me didn't do the wax that I had asked for, and no other member of staff was available to do it for me. It baffles me that there was an availability to book that treatment for that date and yet nobody able to carry it out. Bad organisation and a waste of my time. Resulted in me cancelling the booking completely.
