I arrived at Helen’s London for Veeda Lash&Beauty and received an excellent service by a Helen’s employee - she was lovely! However it turned out that Kinjal, who owns Veeda Lash & Beauty, hasn’t worked with the salon since the summer, and is still booking customers in! I had pre-paid for the service and Kinjal didn’t respond to phone calls. I ended up paying the actual salon too. I contacted Treatwell too for a refund, but I’d suggest not booking Veeda as you won’t get the service you book for
