Shobha was wonderful. Not only did she kindly fit me in even though I was late; but she carefully listened to what I had to say. She almost intuitively understood how I liked my eyebrows done, and realised, without my saying, that I had a prior problem, and rearranged matters for me. Absolutely above and beyond!
