I was very nervous before my first professional wax - I'd feared embarrassment and a clinical, cold atmosphere - but Shobha put me instantly at ease. We had a lovely chat whilst she restored my legs and bikini line to smoothness, and I was struck by her friendliness and kindness. Would definitely recommend!
