I had an appointment for an LVL at VC beauty. I had been there before and thought the results were good but did think she wasn’t the friendliest however thought I’d go again as I liked how the lashes looked. On this occasion I was made to wait half an hour and had to try find her. She barely apologised for being late then unprofessionally was shouting across the salon with the door open at another person.
