Valerie is very thorough and did a great gel manicure. I felt really relaxed and it was a lovely experience. Unfortunately there was a bit of difficulty to begin with as Valerie was not there at my appointment time but she was very apologetic for this.

Had been a long while since my last wax so was as painless as it could be considering! Good wax only marking down because of an unwelcome comment about my ‘big legs’ and landing strip was about half the size I asked for. Having spent time growing out a bush :( but no stray hairs and done quickly
