Lovely beauty therapist she was very kind and nice.
however environment was not relaxing. The sound travels through all the rooms, so I heard a Hoover for a good portion of my massage, rnb music, and a consultation between another therapist and client. Valeria apologised and explained she did let the other staff members know however it just made the experience not great. Also it was deep heat and deep freeze used rather than relaxing oils.
She was great but just a few things to note!
