Awful atmosphere. There were no complete walls between treatment rooms or the reception. Throughout my facial I had the two receptionist loudly chatting and hoovering, capital fm was blasting loudly, and my own therapist was playing music that wasn’t calming either. I had to ask to put my AirPods in which kept getting knocked out with the treatment. The facial didn’t go below the jaw line and the treatment started late and finished early. Super disappointed and definitely don’t recommend.
