This facial was not worth £50
The only question I was asked pre facial was ‘what type of skin’ I had. No steps were discussed apart from the steamer being left on for 15 mins. No exfoliation, no explanation. Lack of engagement during the facial about the treatment and products. I had to ask questions about the product and all I got was the name of the product.
