If I could give zero stars I would. I booked and turned up 10 mins before my apt and they couldn’t seem to find my booking but told me to wait. I waited until 10 mins after my appointment time, I only had an hour so I didn’t have time to waste. I let them know this They then said that it’s cancelled as nobody is available. Whilst I waited I noticed the area was filthy. Avoid this place they’re awful.

I went in for a full mani and pedi, no colour required this time - Started off ok with the pedicure, the gentlemen understood and he was quite good, he listened to the fact I did not want the razor to be used for the bottom of feet and took his time with the actual scrub. however during this time he asked another lady who specialises in eyebrows, waxing etc to do my mani at the same time - she cut my hand nails weirdly and I had to ask her to stop. Do one thing at a time, it felt congested.

I had them done nearly a week ago and already majority of them have fallen out. And they were not cheap, so expected much better.
