Poor top lip wax - missed a big patch in the centre and at the sides. I'll have to go somewhere else to get these areas taken care of. Very cheap (less than £3), but not sure the staff member was necessarily qualified. Won't be returning and wouldn't recommend.

Poor polish quality, gel goes off alone after few days in comparison to other places where it stays up to 3 weeks. People working there are sometimes arrogant and rude to customer. Design is not always done professionally depending on your technicians. Given the price, better deals elsewhere…
