Good but had obviously taken on more clients than they could handle at that time. My SNS manicure took 1.5 hours which is way longer than I expected.

Very good quality shellac, staff was attentive and helped me find the perfect colour. The one thing I really disliked was the massive tangled up nail colour display board, it's so inconvenient to use!

Nice and clean studio. Friendly staff and great value for money! Just be aware they are a cash-only business- would be handy to have known this during the booking process so I wouldn't have to go to a nearby ATM that charges for cash withdrawal.
