Nails started to lift after a few days - one has completely fallen off which is awful for gels which are notoriously hard to remove. They look so fake and I asked for white tips so the pink is supposed to look natural but they add an unnatural pink that looks tacky despite asking for natural looking.
Therapists always talk amongst themselves and it feels like they are discussing customers negatively, it’s a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I’d like a full refund please, terribleterrible experience
