Tools are definitely not cleaned in between people - I was sat down immediately after someone else and luckily I didn’t have to have a removal done but the tools were super dusty and seemed like a pretty big health hazard. Atmosphere is really strange, they are just focused on churning out people. Manicure lasted about 1.5 weeks before it started to lift and chip, and they don’t do cuticles so it grew out very quickly.
