Face waxing (upper and lower lip) was good and done very quickly. Advised I preferred threading but couldn't find option online. Did not offer the option of threading instead or shown where to find online.
Gel nail removal started with one therapist who was good. A female colleague took over and was not great. Just rushed everything, I was left with chipped nails, some colour from gel polish left on my nails. So my nails have a tinge of green to them. Never had a problem before this visit.

I was on time but had to wait 25 minutes for my treatment - no one told me the wait would be this long nor apologised. I’ve been here before and think the feel of the salon has changed for the worse, didn’t feel very clean and the wet wipes I got were dry (pointless). Only reason it’s not a 1 star is because my beautician was very good, efficient and nice.
