My eyebrows were done brilliantly as always, the lady is so lovely, I stopped getting my nails done here a few months ago but still come for my eyebrows. I had a foot scrub done and they were so rude (the first young lady anyway) she was obviously moaning about my feet and made me very uncomfortable. She then passed me to someone else who was nicer however my feet have been cut up. By the time I got home my feet were bleeding where they had cut them too much. Been a week and my feet still sore

Really good place for eyelashes, waxing and beauty but avoid at all costs for your nails!!
Been going here for the last 2 years and whilst they used to be amazing, the last 4 times I have come to get my nails done, they have been awful. Paid extra the last time for BIAB and manicure but no difference was made. No cuticle clean, no nail file, didn't ask what shape I wanted and the polish chipped within 3 days!

I have been coming to this nail parlour for sometime but the customer service is getting worse they were so rude yesterday as they seem to have new staff...the eyebrow lady is lovely but felt so upset was unable to do my eyebrows or my complete my pedicure and ombre nail. Sadly to say I will not be returning missed out on £70 in your till and won't be recommending your services any more.. only the eyebrow lady she is a star...very disappointing...
