Had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment to begin and then nail technician alternated between me and another lady. Nails starting chipping the next day (gel nails should last at least two weeks) and a week later were all chipped

The fact that they don't clean the nails tools between customers is unacceptable.
Also, even thought I made an appoiment in advanced it didn't matter, as other clients that were stopping by without an appoiment had their nails done way more faster than me, asking for the same type of manicure.
