I had a lash lift which was fine, but then the lash tint started to tingle. I told the lady that it hurt but she made me keep it on for a few minutes until I really couldn’t hold on for any longer because my eye lid was hurting.
I’ve finally been able to get my eyes wet and I can now clearly see that part of my eye lid has been burned. Really upsetting seeing as I did say it hurt. I can’t get through to the team to tell them. So having to leave a review.

I had booked an appointment and arrived a couple of mins early. The shop was very busy and they advised me to come back in 15 mins. I eventually sat down for my infills 20 mins after the appointment time. People kept arriving for appointments and having to wait. They clearly book in too many appointments. My treatment was rushed and rough around the edges.
I have been here before when it opens or during the day and both times had excellent treatments, but this time I was disappointed.
