had shellac pedicure done by a woman who was clearly in training, which would have been fine apart from I paid full price for a terrible job, whilst watching other girls next to me get a very professional job done for same price. She did everything in the wrong order, didn’t foot bath me beforehand, only exfoliated one foot and tried to get away with moisturising the other and rinsing in water?! Took 30 mins longer than it should have. I was scared when it came to foot shaving.

I had a lash lift which was fine, but then the lash tint started to tingle. I told the lady that it hurt but she made me keep it on for a few minutes until I really couldn’t hold on for any longer because my eye lid was hurting.
I’ve finally been able to get my eyes wet and I can now clearly see that part of my eye lid has been burned. Really upsetting seeing as I did say it hurt. I can’t get through to the team to tell them. So having to leave a review.
