I waited 20 minutes for the technician to start my appointment even though I booked a specific slot and there was no explanation or apology for this.
The eyebrow threading was done unevenly and she didn’t bother to clean off any eyebrow hairs in my face or offer a cream to soothe the area. I specifically asked what the lashes would look like and explained what I wanted and she agreed and assured me it’d be what I wanted. It was nothing like I wanted and she refused to fix it.

It’s the second time somebody without the necessary experience started my manicure only for somebody experienced to take over and do the whole thing again. The pedi/mani should have taken 70 minutes and it took 100 minutes. Poor!
