I was the first customer of the day. Even though the wax wasn't melted enough, the staff applied by pulling my skins. I told the staff it was pulling my skin a lot but she didn't stop. I could tell that the staff was doing without focusing and paying attention. Then there were a lot of left hairs and I asked her to remove them again and again. It was an awful experience. Never go back.

The nail tech accidentally hit my skin with the drill, I know accidents happen, however there was quite a bit of blood and didn’t offer me some money back as an apology. It’s been two days, I’m still in pain and the area is swollen. Never coming back
