Like always Saroj was super nice and did an amazing job, she always asks about the temperature and if everything is fine for her client. She is very professional and and very kind as well.

The therapist has her own technique, which consists of applying wax to the entire bikini area and removing everything at once. This is not only painful, but also seems unnecessary as she still had to come back to the area afterwards (multiple times) to remove the leftover hair. I wasn’t warned of this either. She also used strips for some reason, when I’ve never had them used for Hollywood waxing before. Last but not least, I still left with lots of hair! I won’t return.
