Booked a gel nail manicure but was charged extra at the end for ‘builder gel’ which the technician had apparently used. I didn’t book that or ask for it, and wasn’t asked if I wanted it during the manicure at any point. Felt I had to pay for it but very cheeky and expect this trick happens a lot which is taking advantage of customers.
