Communication needs to be worked on, I was told multiple times that a step was 10 minutes and then she would come back but I would be left for 20-30 minutes which is concerning with chemicals on your lashes. She was also very rough especially when brushing the lashes which was painful. The lift itself looks good but the experience to achieve it was not.
