Had such a great experience this morning with Viral, my waxing technician! ✨
She was incredibly nice, professional, and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. I was honestly a bit nervous at first, but her gentle technique and calming attitude made everything so much easier. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients.
