I’ve been here several times. I really like the people that work there, despite being behind on timings often. However, my last trip resulted in a massive cut on my foot. During a pedicure the stylist used the shaving tool too harshly, she was very apologetic but it is a very deep sore cut. I was given a plaster but no offer of a discount or any token towards the discomfort. I feel bad writing this, as it’s an honest mistake but nearly a week on I’m still in pain and considering not going back.
