I wasn't asked what I wanted by the therapist and was left with a small tuft of hair rather that a strip. The therapist didn't make any conversation so it was a bit awkward. Wasn't a very thorough wax as I had hair left. Otherwise OK, not v painful

The pedicure was done by Ling whose attention to detail is absulutely unmatched! She was amazing and I look forward to going to her again
