Eyelash extension removal did what it was supposed to do. But the experience at the salon was very chaotic which is amplified when your eyes are shut for 30 minutes waiting for the removal to finish processing. Downside: the salon only takes cash

it was an okay visit, very busy when arrived for my appointment so had to wait 20mins, would of appreciated them comping me for my time by wavering a £5 fee for my shellac change.
