I was waiting over an hour despite having pre-booked. I was told repeatedly ‘just a little longer’, ‘10 more minutes’ etc which is the only reason I stayed (that and I had prepaid). It was my second time here and I’d say for a cheap walk in, this place is good. But it’s a bit rough and ready and my time seriously wasn’t valued.
