although I left a message prior to my lash lift I left a note saying to please be gentle, as I’m am prone to stye’s and other eye infections, the therapists were rushing the treatment and I had one therapist on each eye very aggressively applying the lift and ended up having to start all over again because the chemicals went into my eyes and started to burn, my eyes were in a lot of pain for a few days and this was overall a traumatic experience. Want my money back!
