Not very hygienic, I had 2 therapist working on me. One came from doing the nails, the other attended to another lash lift in the same room. Neither of them washed hands. Also, the treatment was rather painful many times, and I’ve had lash lifts many times before without pain.
The result was good, but experience not.

We booked with friends online as we wanted to go at the same time however when we arrived I had to wait . It should be a bit more organized and do not add free times on the website if it’s not true.

£90 for a chrome gel pedicure and manicure with removal. Thought the price was ok, but the chrome/gel lasted less than 2 days before it started peeling off. Went back to have 2 nails redone - technician used the wrong chrome so ended up with a different colour on two nails - didn’t matter though because on day 4 the chrome peeled off all of them and some of the gel underneath. So basically my 2 week manicure lasted 2 days. Pedicure seems fine, but I won’t be going back for 2 days of good nails
