Had to wait 30min before being seen (i had a pre booked appt) and once i was seen she rushed to do my BIAB infill, took almost all my “old” BIAB off and said it was too thick, but she left loads of skin and didnt prep the nail properly and guess what, her BIAB felt after 7 days, when it normally lasts 3 weeks - cheap yes, but wouldn’t go back or recommend
