My appointment was booked for 6pm. Didn’t get seen until 6.30pm. Was extremely busy in the shop with everyone’s appointment apparently booked for 6pm. Wanted BIAB infills instead she took everything off, burnt and cut me with electric file and damaged my nails beyond repair. Applied an extremely thick layer of BIAB and the French tips are so wonky I could have done them myself. Didn’t even shape them they look like melted squashies. Worst manicure eve received so sad :(
