I said I wanted natural looking lashes with maybe a little curl at the very outer edges of my eyelids. The therapist was just not listening (she answered her phone twice during the session and it was constantly vibrating throughout) and ultimately did what she wanted which was full curls along my entire eyelid. It looked so far from natural that I had to remove them the next day. My first time having eyelash extensions, which I did tell her, and I have been put off ever having them again.

The quality of the waxing here depends on the day you go. Fridays are usually good, the wax is painless but some hairs are missed. I wouldn't say the service is particularly professional but the price is good so it depends what you're looking for.
