I had a 10am slot and the wax technician didn’t arrive at work until 10:10. As a result, the wax wasn’t prepared properly, they were rushed, and the atmosphere between employees was unpleasant. During my intimate wax, another (female) employee walked into the room to get something. The location was visibly unclean. Someone was sweeping while I waited, and swept under my chair rather than waiting for me to have moved. The wax itself was fine but the experience was unprofessional.
