I’ve visited Vauxhall Nails and Beauty several times before, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The service this time didn’t meet the usual standards. My nails were not what I had requested — the shade was wrong, and one of the tools even caused a slight cut. Additionally, the overall experience felt rushed, likely due to it being late in the evening (around 7pm). I had hoped for the same quality I’ve come to expect, but unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to that.
