Cheap but inconvenient. Despite booking, waited an hour for the appointment. I received two email updates during that time informing me that the appointment has changed. Half way through the waxing the beautician left, leaving me waiting another 15 minutes in the room half dressed, before another arrived. Poor booking management. Salon also ‘double dipping’ wax.
