Was waiting for 30 minutes longer than my original booking, one member of the staff (a man) was particularly hostile throughout. The man doing my nails was pretty rough, clearly trying to get through as quickly as possible, ended up hurting my fingers on multiple occasions. My nails came out different sizes/shapes. I asked for them to be thin they couldn't be wider, not to mention he didn't stop at any point to ask if I was happy, ended up leaving with a terrible set of nails.
